One month until Christmas
It is the 25th of November! And you know that means that in a month from now you’ll be stuffed with nice food, will have gift wrap torn to pieces all over the place (or neatly folded in a corner of the room), you’ll have piles of books and toys and things you have no use for and don’t much like either piling up in your living room (or maybe not as people know your tastes).
But for now, we are not there yet. Those who celebrated Thanksgiving feeling a bit rounder after the endless feasting (definitely not fasting) over the weekend. Wallets are lighter after Black Friday sales, which have come to countries where before no one knew this event. Last year still there were only a few shops that had BF offers, this year almost every business was participating. On the Champs Elysee, the Christmas Decorations were turned on on Thursday (only to be mistreated in yesterday’s protests, more on that soon…).
And to make the wait in this dark season a bit lighter, more fun and sweeter I am once again hosting a multi-contributor Advent Calendar on my blog. This year it is the 4th edition. So far a few bloggers have signed up, but as always I am still looking for more.

What am I looking for?
Take some inspiration from the past 2015, 2016, 2017 (still no overview post, sorry for that).
I like you to be creative! It doesn’t necessarily be linked to Christmas, there are other festivities in the dark season of the year, it can be about winter. You can write a story (fiction or non-fiction), share a memory, show us how good you are a photography, that you are an amazing painter, poet, singer.
Just make sure that the content you send me is yours (or that you have the right to use it), that means if you are using photos make sure the source is not just google, see if it can be used, and give credit where credit is due.
Send me a little bio (1st or 3rd person), it doesn’t have to be fancy (can be), it can be a line or a paragraph just avoid the memoir.
Don’t hesitate to ask me questions!
Please send your post at last 5 days before it is scheduled, it takes time to set up guest posts, and this isn’t school so I won’t go chasing you (I will if I can send a little reminder when I feel that the clock is ticking a little bit too loudly.
