W is for Waiting #AtoZChallenge

W is for Waiting

waiting for the bus
waiting for it to snow
waiting for the second pink line
waiting for a yes, for a no, an answer
waiting for a green light
waiting for the rain to stop
waiting to be admitted to universitywaiting for the postman to come
waiting for love
waiting for the kid to come home
waiting for the end of the lesson
waiting for the kettle to boil
waiting for the bad news to arrive
waiting in the bathroom
waiting to be paid
waiting for a loved one
waiting at the check-in
waiting for inspiration to strike
waiting for death
waiting until it is your turn to use the slide
waiting nervously to recite the poem
waiting for information
waiting for help
waiting for the Summer Holidays
waiting for your guests to arrive
waiting to be photographed
waiting to hear the shot before running in the Olympics
waiting for applause at the end of a play
waiting for you
waiting in a park
waiting for sleep to come
waiting to be discovered
waiting for the menu
waiting for an adventure
waiting to be noticed
waiting for the electricity to come back
waiting on the phone
waiting at home
waiting to buy a ticket
waiting for the alarm clock to ring
waiting…

During the month of April, I am participating in the A to Z Challenge, my theme is authenticity and eclecticism, which in my book go hand in hand.

    1. Loosing power is so not fun… Oh and that pink line is probably something many women (and men) have waited for eagerly or less eagerly, but I figured that it fit very well into the theme of waiting.
